Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.95 with free domestic shipping on all orders of $100 or more.  Items will be shipped within 24-48 Business hours of the order being placed.  Orders are generally shipped using the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated, Alternative shipping options may be requested however additional charges will apply.

Easy Return Policy

We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed.  Because of this, we offer an easy return policy. Please read our return policy and follow the directions for your return.

ALL ALLOWABLE RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY:

* All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.  Items received after the 14 allowable days for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit amount.

* Notification request for a return must be emailed and received within 3 days of item delivery.

* All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.

* Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned.

* All items must be returned with their original tags attached.

* Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee depending on their condition.

* Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged.

* We do not accept returns on jewelry, Handbags, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves as well and any SALE Merchandise.

* Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your package to ensure proper credit.  Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you get proof of delivery.

Blue Butterfly Boutique.com prides itself with offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, or exchange, less shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed and you have checked out.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items are valid for an in-store credit only and notification of a damaged item must be emailed to us within 3 days of item delivery. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size.
